FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

◆ This equipment is designed for processing applications within the non-metallic industry, featuring a high degree of customisation. The design employs a steel structure, with post-welding stress relief annealing treatment. This ensures structural rigidity, thereby achieving stable and reliable operational performance.

◆ The crossbeam and main frame are fabricated from GB standard 200×200 H-section steel, welded to standard 16mm and 20mm thick A3 steel plates, and subjected to stress-relieving annealing treatment.

◆ Both the Z-axis lifting slide and the X-axis moving slide are fabricated from standard 10mm, 16mm, and 20mm thick steel plates, welded together and subjected to stress-relieving annealing treatment. Mechanical precision is ensured through coarse and fine secondary machining processes.

◆ The servo motor is connected to the lead screw via a rigid diaphragm coupling, capable of withstanding high rotational speeds and high torque, ensuring enhanced safety, reliability and performance.
